Once your foundations are set and you’re selling consistently, you enter Stack Up.
This is where many business owners hit overwhelm — because suddenly they’re doing everything manually.
Stack Up is about:
- Adding automation
- Creating processes that save time
- Building systems that run behind the scenes
Think email sequences, chatbots, and funnels.
The danger? Trying to skip Stack Up and jump into Scale Up too soon. Without systems, scaling just multiplies the chaos.
Stage 3: Scale Up — Multiply What Works
The final stage is Scale Up.
Here, you’re ready for bigger moves like:
- Launches
- Ads
- Building a team
- Advanced funnels and strategies
But here’s the golden rule: scaling only works if Start Up and Stack Up are solid.
Otherwise, you’re just multiplying a mess.
