These terms apply to your purchase of the Ultimate Tech Set-Up (“the Service”) delivered by Shelly Shulman (“I”/“me”). By booking and paying for this service, you agree to the following:

What’s Included

  • 1 x 60-minute planning call
  • Visual funnel flow diagram based on your call
  • One Done-for-You Tech Build Day to set up:
    • One lead magnet funnel (opt-in, delivery, nurture sequence)
    • One tripwire offer (optional)
    • One sales page
    • ManyChat bots to promote both
  • 5 working days of post-build email support

The build will take place on one scheduled day, with the funnel delivered and tested by the end of that day.

What’s Not Included

  • Copywriting (you are responsible for providing all written content)
  • Ongoing tech support beyond the 5-day post-build window
  • Revisions due to changes you make after the handover
  • Full branding, logo design, or custom design beyond the funnel setup
  • Membership sites, course platforms, or full website builds

Timeline & Communication

  • You’ll book and pay for your planning call to get started.
  • After the call, I’ll send you your funnel map and a link to book your build day.
  • All final content (copy, images, hex codes, platform access) must be submitted at least 3 working days before your build day.
  • If content is not received in time, your build day will be rescheduled at my discretion and subject to availability.

Your Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth and successful build, you agree to:

  • Attend your planning call on time and prepared
  • Approve the funnel layout before your build day
  • Provide all requested content and access by the agreed deadline
  • Refrain from making any platform changes during the build without notifying me

Once the build is complete, you are responsible for:

  • Reviewing the funnel and reporting any issues within the 5-day support window
  • Maintaining your funnel and platforms going forward
  • Avoiding edits that may break the funnel – I’m not liable for fixes required due to changes made by you (or your team) post-handover

Payment & Refunds

  • Payment is required in full at the time of booking your planning call.
  • Your build day is not confirmed until the plan is approved and a date is mutually agreed upon.
  • This is a service-based offer and no refunds will be issued once your planning call has taken place.

Post-Build Support

You’ll receive 5 working days of email support following your build day. This includes:

  • Troubleshooting any bugs or setup issues
  • Guidance on using your new funnel components

It does not include:

  • New requests or scope changes
  • Any changes to copy text provided by yourself
  • Revisions due to edits you’ve made
  • Tech support for unrelated platforms or funnels

Any additional support or revisions outside this scope can be booked separately.

Collaboration & Respect

I’m committed to delivering high-quality work and clear communication. I expect the same in return. I reserve the right to end the project (with no refund) in cases of abusive behaviour, scope creep, or ongoing lack of communication.

Legal Stuff

By purchasing this service, you acknowledge that:

  • I am not responsible for your business outcomes (sales, leads, or ROI)
  • You own all content you provide and have permission to use it
  • I retain the right to showcase the work in my portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing
