These terms apply to your purchase of the Done For You Funnel Build (“the Service”) delivered by Shelly Shulman (“I”/”me”). By booking and paying for this service, you agree to the following:
What’s Included
- 1 x 60-minute planning call
- Visual funnel map based on your planning call – sent for your approval before any build begins
- Complete funnel build including:
- Opt-in page
- Thank you page with tripwire
- Welcome email sequence (up to 7 emails)
- Abandoned cart automation (2 emails)
- ManyChat comment-to-DM bot for your lead magnet
- Sales page for your main offer
- The Complete Funnel Build Kit (guides, templates, and swipe copy) – delivered free on booking to help you prepare your copy
- 5 working days of post-handover email support
The funnel will be built and delivered within two weeks of receiving all required assets from you.
What’s Not Included
- Copywriting – you are responsible for providing all written content (emails, page copy, chatbot text). The Complete Funnel Build Kit included with your booking will help you with this.
- Ongoing tech support beyond the 5-day post-handover window
- Revisions due to changes you make after handover
- Full branding, logo design, or custom design beyond the funnel setup
- Membership sites, course platforms, or full website builds
Timeline & Communication
- Once you book and pay, you’ll receive your intake information and we’ll schedule your planning call.
- After the call, I’ll send you your visual funnel map to approve before anything gets built.
- All final content (copy, images, hex codes, platform access) must be submitted by the agreed deadline. This will be confirmed between us after your planning call.
- The two-week build clock starts from the point I receive all required assets — not from your booking date or planning call.
- If content is not received by the agreed deadline, your build will be rescheduled at my discretion and subject to availability.
Your Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth and successful build, you agree to:
- Attend your planning call on time and prepared
- Approve the funnel map before the build begins
- Provide all requested content and access by the agreed deadline
- Refrain from making any platform changes during the build without notifying me
Once the build is complete, you are responsible for:
- Reviewing the funnel and reporting any issues within the 5-day support window
- Maintaining your funnel and platforms going forward
- Avoiding edits that may break the funnel – I am not liable for fixes required due to changes made by you or your team post-handover
Payment & Refunds
- Payment is required at the time of booking. A payment plan of is available.
- Your build is not confirmed until the planning call has taken place, the funnel map has been approved, and all assets have been received.
- This is a service-based offer and no refunds will be issued once your planning call has taken place.
Post-Handover Support
You’ll receive 5 working days of email support following handover. This includes:
- Troubleshooting any bugs or setup issues
- Guidance on using your funnel
It does not include:
- New requests or scope changes
- Revisions to copy you provided
- Revisions due to edits you’ve made post-handover
- Tech support for unrelated platforms or funnels
Any additional support or revisions outside this scope can be booked separately.
Collaboration & Respect
I’m committed to delivering high-quality work and clear communication. I expect the same in return. I reserve the right to end the project (with no refund) in cases of abusive behaviour, scope creep, or ongoing lack of communication.
Legal
By purchasing this service, you acknowledge that:
- I am not responsible for your business outcomes (sales, leads, or ROI)
- You own all content you provide and have permission to use it
- I retain the right to showcase the work in my portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing
