Building a business can feel overwhelming, right? We’ve all been there – juggling to-do lists, tech issues, and endless advice from “gurus” who promise results but leave you feeling more lost than when you started.
The good news? It doesn’t have to be that way. I’m here to make business simple, accessible, and – most importantly – doable. After years of working in the online business space, I’ve developed a simple but powerful framework that will help you build, grow, and scale your business without the stress and confusion: Start Up, Stack Up, Scale Up™.
Let’s dive into each phase of this framework and how it’s designed to make your life easier and your business more successful.
Start Up: Build Your Business Foundation
This is where the magic begins: building a solid foundation. You can’t build a house without a strong base, right? The same goes for your business.
In the Start Up phase, we focus on the basics – time-blocking, goal-setting, finding your brand voice, getting your messaging right and more! It’s about organising your thoughts and your day so you can be productive and stay on track.
If you don’t have your fundamentals sorted, nothing else matters. Trust me, I know this from experience. I learned the hard way that not getting these basics right can leave you spinning in circles.
I’d been in business for 10 years and thought I knew it all. I’d done business studies at school. I was making a profit. Not a lot. But still a profit. I was in a bit of a feast-and-famine situation, but my business was seasonal, so I went with it.
When I was invited to a business event, I turned my nose up at the idea. What could someone teach me? I was reluctant to pay the £250 for a ticket.
Long story short – somewhere along the line, I got gifted a ticket, so I went along. And that was where I heard the concept of ideal client for the first time.
Mind. Blown.
Suddenly, everything fell into place. I rebranded, was able to charge more, and then, all of a sudden, my business flew to another level!
I’d fallen into business. It had built up around me. The business had grown itself. I hadn’t grown the business. That event made me realise how much I’d missed. And if you don’t have your fundamentals sorted, nothing else matters.
Stack Up: Tech and Tools to Streamline Your Business
Now that the foundation is in place, let’s bring in the tech.
In the Stack Up phase, we take all that hard work and make it run smoother with the right tools. This includes everything from CRMs, chatbots, and email systems to sales pages, funnels, and social media management tools.
But here’s the thing: I’m not going to leave you high and dry, scratching your head at a bunch of tech jargon. My mission is to break down these complex systems into bite-sized, actionable tasks that you can actually implement.
Scale Up: Strategy, Launching, and Taking Your Business to the Next Level
Once your foundation is set, and your tech is in place, it’s time to scale.
In the Scale Up phase, we focus on strategy, launching, and more advanced tech. This is where the real growth happens. You’ve got your business running smoothly, so now it’s about pushing it to the next level with intentional strategies. Whether that’s planning a launch, automating your processes, or refining your marketing, we’re going to elevate your business to its highest potential.

You should now that I don’t do fluff. This isn’t about theory – it’s about real, actionable advice. I’ve seen too many courses out there that teach you the what and why but fail to show you the how. They leave you stuck, with no clear next step. That’s not how I roll. My focus is on practicality. I want you to feel like you know exactly what to do next – whether that’s setting up your first funnel, growing your email list, or launching your first product.
