The Launch Hub
How to use your launch planning system
The Launch Hub has four tabs: Plan, Timeline, Track, and Summary. Work through them in order for each launch: Plan first, then Timeline, then Track during cart open, then Summary after. Your data saves automatically in your browser as you type. You do not need to keep the tab open.
How Saving Works
The Launch Hub saves your data automatically as you type. There are no save buttons and nothing to click. Every time you enter a number, pick a date, or write a note, it is saved to your browser in the background.
What this means in practice
- You can close the tab at any point and your data will still be there when you come back
- You can close the browser completely, restart your computer, or leave it for days. Your data will still be there when you return to the page
- You do not need to finish in one session
Important things to know
- Your data saves to that specific browser on that specific device. If you switch to a different browser or a different device, your saved data will not carry over
- Incognito or private browsing mode does not save data. Always use your regular browser window
- If you clear your browser history or site data in your browser settings, your Launch Hub data will be cleared too
- There is a Clear saved data link in the header of the tool. Clicking it will wipe all saved data and reload the page. Use it when you are ready to start planning a new launch
Tip: The Summary tab is your permanent record. Once your launch is complete, copy your Summary notes somewhere safe (a Google Doc, Notion page, or project management tool) before clearing the data for your next launch.
Before You Start
The Launch Hub is designed to be used once you have made the core decisions about your launch. Before you open the Plan tab, make sure you know:
- Your launch type: masterclass, workshop/bootcamp, sprint, summit, or waitlist
- Your product price
- Your approximate cart open and close dates
- Your revenue goal if you have one
You do not need all of this to start. Even price and list size will give you useful targets.
The Four Tabs
Use this tab to set your revenue targets before cart opens. It tells you how many sales you need, how many people you need to reach, and how many masterclass sign-ups you need to hit each goal.
What to enter
- Product price (£): your offer price
- Cart open (days): how many days your cart will be open
- Email list size: your total number of email subscribers
- Instagram followers: your follower count (the calculator uses 2% organic reach)
- Revenue goal (£): optional. Enter this to see exactly how many sales and how much reach you need to hit it
What you get
- Good / Better / Best sales targets with conversion rates adjusted automatically based on your price point
- Revenue for each tier
- Masterclass sign-ups needed to hit each goal (based on a 20% masterclass-to-sale conversion rate)
- If you entered a revenue goal: sales needed, ideal email list size, and ideal masterclass sign-ups
- An insight line telling you whether your goal is within reach at your current audience size
- Daily sales targets for cart open week based on the U-curve model (big day one, quieter middle, surge on close day)
Tip: The 2% Instagram reach and 20% masterclass conversion rates are conservative industry benchmarks. If your audience is warm and engaged, your actual rates may be higher.
Use this tab to generate your full 8-week launch plan with real calendar dates. Every task, every week, tailored to your launch type.
What to enter
- Launch type: choose from the dropdown: Masterclass, Multi Day Workshop / Bootcamp, Sprint, Summit, or Waitlist
- Cart open date: the date your cart opens. Everything works backwards from here
- Cart close date: optional but recommended. This gives you accurate cart open dates and shows how many days your cart is open
What you get
- A summary bar showing your launch type, cart dates, and when your 8-week prep starts
- A description of your chosen launch type
- Ten collapsible blocks: Before You Begin, Weeks 8 through 1, and Post-Launch Review
- Each block shows the date range for that week and a task list with checkboxes
- Tasks specific to your launch type are built in automatically
How to use it
- Select your launch type first. The task list changes depending on your choice
- Enter your cart open date. The timeline generates immediately
- Add your cart close date for accurate week-by-week dates
- Click any week header to collapse it once done
- Tick off tasks as you complete them
Note: The checkboxes save in your browser along with everything else. If you tick tasks off and come back later, they will still be ticked.
Use this tab during cart open week to log your daily results and see whether you are on track for your Better target.
What to enter
- Better sales target: take this from your Plan tab results
- Product price (£): so the tracker can calculate daily revenue
- Each day: opt-ins today and sales today. Enter these at the end of each day
What you get
- Running sales total and revenue for each day
- A pace indicator for each day: On Track, Ahead, or Behind
- Totals row showing overall opt-ins, sales, and revenue
- Summary cards: total sales vs target, total revenue, days remaining, and sales needed per day to hit target
Tip: Do not panic if the pace indicator shows Behind on days 2 to 4. Launches follow a U-curve. The mid-week slump is real and normal. The close day surge is also real.
Complete this tab within 48 hours of cart close while everything is fresh. This is your launch debrief and the starting point for your next launch.
What to enter
- Launch name and cart dates
- Final number of sales and final revenue
- Your Better target (from the Plan tab)
- Masterclass attendees live and replay watches (if you ran a masterclass)
- What worked, what to change, and one thing to do first next time
What you get
- Automatic conversion rate calculation
- A verdict on your results
- A structured debrief you can refer back to before your next launch
Important: Before you click Clear saved data to set up for your next launch, copy your Summary notes somewhere permanent (a Google Doc, Notion, or project management tool). Once cleared, the data cannot be recovered.
A Few Things Worth Knowing
- The timeline dates update automatically if you change your cart open date. You can experiment with different dates before committing
- The Plan tab and Track tab work independently. If you already know your targets, skip straight to the Tracker
- Changing the launch type in the Timeline tab rebuilds the task list instantly. You can switch between types to compare before deciding
- The Daily Sales Target section is based on your Better scenario. If you end up hitting Good, the per-day numbers will look different. That is fine
- If the page looks blank when you first open it, give it a moment to load. The tool pulls in fonts from Google Fonts which occasionally takes a second or two
Structure First. Growth Follows.
The Launch Hub is built around one idea: a launch that is planned in advance is a launch that is executed with confidence. Everything in here exists to take the chaos out of launch week so you can show up and do the work.
